Itinerary: Dry Season Program

Day 1: Darwin to Mary River
Leaving Darwin we head south to the magical Litchfield National Park to experience the stunning waterfalls that flow all year round. Visit Florence Falls where there is a chance to walk through rainforest or swim in the plunge pool below. Experience the natural spa at Buley Rockhole and a refreshing swim at Wangi Falls. You will also discover the impressive termite mounds that are scattered throughout the park. This afternoon we head to Pudakul Cultural Experience where you will meet some of the local Aboriginal people and learn about their culture, bush tucker, art and craft. We overnight at our safari accommodation in the Mary River region. (LD)

Day 2: Mary River to Kakadu National Park
Kakadu National Park is World Heritage listed for its natural features and housing the world's oldest living culture. Relax aboard a three hour boat cruise on Corroboree Billabong which is home to amazing birdlife, water lilies and saltwater crocodile and gain a further insight into Aboriginal culture at the Bowali Visitor Centre. We finish the day at history rich Ubirr, where you will see vivid Aboriginal rock art that dates back over 20,000 years and enjoy 360 degree sunset views over the floodplains and Kakadu wetlands. Our safari accommodation tonight is in the heart of Kakadu. (BLD)

Day 3: Kakadu to Darwin
Get ready for some 4WD action as we head into Twin Falls. Access to the falls is via a short boat trip and walk over rocks to relax on the beach surrounded by the spectacular sandstone cliff faces. View abundant bird life including thousands of Magpie Geese from the observation tower at Mamukala Wetlands before we commence our return journey back to Darwin. (BL)

• Our menu features quality produce and in addition to the guide, a host will be on board (**minimum of 8 passengers) to enable a better level of service and a greater variety of quality meals.
• Itineraries may vary and/or attractions be substituted for any cause including seasonal conditions, weather extremes, Traditional Owner and national park requirements. • National Park fees of AUD$37.50 are payable on the morning of departure (includes $25 entry into Kakadu NP, and $12.50 Twin Falls boat transfer - seasonal).
• #Deluxe camp upgrade provides permanent tents with lights and fans and real beds including linen. Please note all meals are prepared and eaten as a group, upgrade tents may be located separately from standard campsite.
• **When passenger numbers exceed 6 a host will accompany the guide and the maximum passengers will be 15.
• Safaris must be reconfirmed 48 hours prior to departure by phone direct with the tour operator - (Details on your E-Ticket).
• A STRICT luggage limit of 10KG applies. Excess baggage should remain at your Darwin accommodation.
• Children under 16yrs exempted from park fee.
• Children under 16 pay no boat fee.

• Note: Children under 18 years of age are not permitted to travel unless accompanied by an adult excluding ADL<>MEL<>SYD<>CNS, where under 18's are not permitted to travel with or without an accompanying adult.
• Note: Our touring partner Topdeck recommends the above tours are suitable for passengers between the age of 18 - 39 years old.
Requests however, may be considered on a case by case basis. Child prices for accommodated tours are based on one child sharing an ensuite room with two adults. If one child travels with one adult the adult rate for accommodation applies and will be provided upon request;
